Subsequently, enabling the development of prioritised maturity improvement roadmap(s) to guide organisations toward enhanced governance practices. |
Design and implementation
Design, build and operationalisation of tailored project, program and portfolio governance arrangements, including governance structures, terms of reference for governance bodies, role statements for accountable persons, decision processes and supporting criteria/thresholds, decision and information pathways, information and reporting requirements. |
Training
Bespoke training programs to build knowledge and skills in the pragmatic application of best practice principles for the design and operation of project, program and portfolio governance arrangements. Training programs tailored to organisational needs, maturity and audience. |
Coaching and mentoring
Provision of a globally recognised subject matter expert, Adrian Morey, to share knowledge, insights and experience to build capability within specific teams, roles or individuals. |
Board/committee attendance
Regular attendance at key governance meetings to provide independent observation, insights and constructive challenge. This provides an opportunity to drive optimal governance practices and outcomes. |
