Governance

Review
Focused review of the effectiveness of governance arrangements at project, program and portfolio levels, including governance structures, governance bodies, accountable persons, delegated authorities, decision-making processes, the role of supporting functions (PMOs, etc.), information and reporting, ‘in-room’ governance practices, and governance outcomes.

Maturity
Assessment of project, program and portfolio governance maturity against best practice principles in the global best practice guide for Project, Program and Portfolio Governance. Subsequently, enabling the development of prioritised maturity improvement roadmap(s) to guide organisations toward enhanced governance practices.​

Design and implementation
Design, build and operationalisation of tailored project, program and portfolio governance arrangements, including governance structures, terms of reference for governance bodies, role statements for accountable persons, decision processes and supporting criteria/thresholds, decision and information pathways, information and reporting requirements.

Training
​Bespoke training programs to build knowledge and skills in the pragmatic application of best practice principles for the design and operation of project, program and portfolio governance arrangements. Training programs tailored to organisational needs, maturity and audience.

Coaching and mentoring
​Provision of a globally recognised subject matter expert, Adrian Morey, to share knowledge, insights and experience to build capability within specific teams, roles or individuals.

Board/committee attendance
​Regular attendance at key governance meetings to provide independent observation, insights and constructive challenge. This provides an opportunity to drive optimal governance practices and outcomes.

Advisory

Program development and mobilisation: Design, development and collaborative implementation of artefacts, program architecture, processes, practices, capabilities and controls necessary to set-up complex programs and projects for success.

Distressed program recovery: Identifying and analysing root causes, and implementing corrective measures to rescue or turn around complex programs experiencing significant challenges, setbacks, or failure to meet intended objectives. ​ 

Capability building: Design, build and implementation of project, program and portfolio management frameworks and capabilities.​

Project, program and portfolio management offices (PMO): PMO/P3O design and implementation. Establishment, enhancement and maturity evolution of PMOs and centres of excellence.

•​ Assessment of maturity of project, program and portfolio management capabilities/frameworks and creation of prioritised improvement roadmap(s).
