​Project, Programme and Portfolio Governance (P3G), by Ross Garland and Adrian Morey, is the globally recognised reference for designing, implementing and operating effective and efficient governance across projects, programs and portfolios.

The Guide goes beyond structure and compliance. It defines how accountability, decision rights and authority must operate in practice for governance to do its job.
