Board and Committee Advisory
OUTCOME provides independent P3 governance advice to boards, audit and risk committees, investment committees and other senior governance bodies overseeing complex investments, portfolios and major change. The focus is to help boards and committees ask better questions, understand the governance implications of delivery risk, and make more confident decisions about accountability, oversight, assurance and value realisation.

Executive Governance Support
OUTCOME works with chief executives and executive teams to strengthen the governance system around complex projects, programs and portfolios. This includes clarifying what decisions belong at executive level, what should be delegated or escalated, what information is required, how governance forums should interact, and how accountability operates across the full investment and delivery system.

Sponsor and SRO Advisory
Sponsors and SROs are among the most important governance roles in complex delivery, and among the least consistently understood. OUTCOME helps sponsors and SROs clarify their role, strengthen their ownership of outcomes, use governance forums effectively, engage with delivery teams and PMOs, and exercise the judgement required to protect delivery performance and value realisation.

|
Sponsor and SRO Mentoring
OUTCOME provides one-to-one mentoring for sponsors and SROs who are accountable for major projects, programs or portfolios. This gives senior leaders direct access to independent, expert guidance as live governance issues emerge: difficult decisions, escalation matters, stakeholder tensions, delivery confidence concerns, benefits risks, governance forum dynamics and moments where clear judgement is needed before action is taken.

Independent Forum Participation and Challenge
OUTCOME can participate in selected governance forums as an independent member, adviser or observer, providing real-time insight and constructive challenge in the room where governance decisions are made. This support can also extend to independent challenge on live decisions: business cases, stage gate decisions, governance resets, portfolio prioritisation and escalation matters where senior leaders need a credible second opinion before they decide. It is particularly valuable where senior leaders need clear, independent governance judgement before deciding, or where an organisation wants to improve governance performance while the system is operating.
